Support group 12-17

Every Monday evening, from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.


Alternating from week to week on Zoom and in person at the Jeunesse Idem office (109 rue Wright, Gatineau, QC, door to 41 rue Leduc). See our activity calendar for the themes and location of each meeting (virtual or in person). 


An open support group for 2LGBTQIA+ people aged 12-17. The objectives of the group are to allow the exchange on various issues that challenge them, self-fulfillment and the creation of a feeling of belonging.

The groups are only offered in french.

occasional support groups

Jeunesse Idem offers several closed and occasional support groups throughout the year. These group meetings allow participants to have deep reflections together on the topics discussed and the impact on their lives as well as to discover and share strategies to better live those realities.

Support group for trans, non-binary and questioning adults (18-35 years old)

The groups' objectives are to discuss the realities and technicalities related to social, legal and medical transition at school, at work, at home and in various other environnements.


Duration: 6 weeks + an information meeting
Dates: from November 3, 2022 to December 8, 2022, mandatory meeting on October 27
